Accessibility in Council facilities

Burwood Council has a number of parks and reserves with a variety of activities and environments. All playgrounds in the Burwood Local Government Area (LGA) have been designed to have equal access pathways. Each playground includes some all-abilities play equipment. Council will continue to move with industry best practice in playground design and install new and upgraded playgrounds that utilise state of the art play equipment that is fun, all-inclusive and offers a range of play experiences so that everyone can play.
