LUNAR NEW YEAR STREET PARTY

Friday 31 January, 5 – 10pm, 2025

Celebrate the Year of the Snake with a vibrant outdoor celebration on Burwood Road, featuring contemporary and traditional entertainment, food and market stalls, and kid’s activities. 

Fireworks at 9pm will light up the night, followed by an energetic open-air dance party to keep the fun going. Join us from 
5.00 – 10.00pm for this unforgettable celebration.

KIDS LION DANCE TWO DAY WORKHSOP

Wednesday 15 January, Friday 17 January 2025

Times: 1.00 - 4.00pm

Join us for Lion Dance Kids where storytelling teaches courage, teamwork, and physical activity. We will explore the origins of Chinese New Year and Lion Dancing. We aim to introduce kids to Chinese culture and the idea of Kung Fu, mastering skills through hard work.

Ages: 6 to 12 years
Location:  Fitzroy Hall, 22 Church Street, Burwood
Cost: $20 for both workshops
